Riley Branning
Susy Hendrix
  Riley was most recently seen on the HCT stage in The Hunchback of Notre Dame and as Maid Marion/Martin in The Heart of Robin Hood. Other favorite productions include: Betty Blue Eyes (HCTO), Big Fish (HCTO), Oklahoma! (HCT), Hairspray (Country Playhouse Theatre), The Mystery of Edwin Drood (UVU), 9 to 5 the Musical (UVU, Little Women (Fort Bend Theatre), Alice in Wonderland (HBU), and Annie Get Your Gun (Stafford Centre). She has received training at Utah Valley University. By day, she works as a nanny. “I am thrilled to be able to share the stage with my husband and this INSANELY TALENTED team of actors and technicians! Jacob Theo Squire

  Audiences will recognize Jacob from his recent performance as Clopin Trouillefou in our production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Some of Jacob’s other roles on the HCT stage include Tiernan in The Pirate Queen, Will Bloom in Big Fish (also at HCTO), Will in Robin Hood, and Jud Fry in Oklahoma!  He has also played Don Lockwood in Singin’ in the Rain at The Playmill Theatre. Other favorite roles are Duke in Big River at HCTO and Dr. Fine/Dr. Madden in Next to Normal at UVU. Jacob is a graduate from UVU with a BA in Theatre Performance and works for Saxton Horne as a reputation management specialist. “I am so glad to have this opportunity to perform on the Jewel Box Stage. Thank you to the Hale and Dave for this chance. Special thanks to everyone who has supported and helped me along the way--parents, family, friends, teachers, and most of all, my beautiful wife.”

Lonzo Liggins

  Lonzo is new to HCT, but comes to us with wide-ranging experience in local theatre. Previous productions include A Streetcar Named Desire, Miss Evers Boys and The Meeting for The Grand Theatre as well as The Colored Purple at The Rose Wagner Theatre and Ruined at The Babcock Theatre. He is a graduate of the University of Utah in Sociology/Psychology and currently works as a chauffeur. “The future belongs to those who prepare for it today.” Malcolm X

Zac Zumbrunnen

  Zac was last seen as Mayor Shin in our latest production of The Music Man. Recent roles at HCT include Makepeace in The Heart of Robin Hood, Walter Cunningham/Judge Taylor in To Kill A Mockingbird, and Fezziwig in A Christmas Carol. He was also seen in our 2016 production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast as Cogsworth, and counts it as one of his favorite roles. Other roles include:  Alf in Peter and the Starcatcher, Mr. Meraczek in She Loves Me, Goran the Spy in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and Harry Brock in Born Yesterday, all on the HCT stage. Zac holds a BFA in Theater Education from the U of U, and teaches drama at Evergreen Junior High School. “Thanks to my wonderful wife and four amazing children for letting me play in such an incredible production.”

Benjmain J. Henderson

  Ben was last seen on our stage as Prince John in The Heart of Robin Hood and as Steven Kodaly in She Loves Me. He has also performed for the Shakespeare Theatre Company in Romeo and Juliet and The Tempest, for Salt Lake Acting Company in Fun Home, for Sundance Summer Theatre in Annie Get Your Gun, for Grassroots Shakespeare Company in The Fantastics, The Tempest, Pericles, and The Winter’s Tale, and for Hale Center Theater Orem in Annie, Peter and the Starcatcher, Big Fish, Peter Pan, The Civil War, South Pacific, and Crazy for You.  Ben has a B.S. in Theatrical Arts from Utah Valley University and an M.F.A. in Classical Acting from the ACA at George Washington University.  Ben teaches for HCT’s Education program, Utah COPA, Alpine School District, Canyons School District and the Academy for Classical Acting.  If you would like to take a class from Benjamin J. Bridget Maxwell
  Bridget debuted with HCT in our production of My Son Pinocchio. She also appeared as Veruca Salt in Willy Wonka Jr. and Mrs. Mayor in Seussical at Centerpoint Academy.  This 7th grader recently had the lead in her school play. She studies ballet at Ballet West Academy and has performed in Ballet West’s The Nutcracker for the past four years. “I would like to thank Hale Centre Theatre for this opportunity and my family and friends for their support.”

Carson Davies
Policeman #1
  Carson is returning to the Hale stage after last performing with us in The Hunchback of Notre Dame.  He was also in Oklahoma!  and Les Miserables in West Valley and in The Count of Monte Cristo at BYU. Carson has been studying MDT at BYU, but will be starting school for computer programing after this production. He currently takes care of individuals with mental disabilities for a company called Chrysalis. “Thank you Dave, Mark, Sally, and everyone at the Hale for continuing to give me opportunities to perform on the Hale stages!”

Bryan Dayley

  Bryan recently starred as Eric Swan in our production of Cash on Delivery. Some of Bryan’s favorite roles on the HCT stage include Willum Cubbert in The Nerd, Joey in Sister Act, Millet/Daisy in Is He Dead?, Charlie Baker in The Foreigner, Bob/Dave in Beau Jest, and Captain Robert Falcon Scott in Peter and the Starcatcher. He was recently seen in Sense and Sensibility and Betty Blue Eyes at HCTO and in The Heart of Robin Hood at HCT. Bryan is also a writer and has written Star WardsHungry Games and Perfect Pitch for Desert Star Playhouse. He has also performed in The Complete Works of Shakespeare Abridged at the Off Broadway Theater. Bryan has an Associate’s in Film Production Technician from SLCC and is a Freelance Writer and Film Actor in the Salt Lake Valley. In his spare time, he works at a video rental store. “The world is not made from atoms, it is made up of tiny stories.”

Matt Kohler

  Matt has been on the HCT stage as Jacob Marley/Undertaker in A Christmas Carol for a number of years. Some of Matt’s other favorite productions that he has been a part of include To Kill a Mockingbird, Arsenic and Old Lace, and Big Fish. Matt graduated from Utah State University in Theatre Arts and spends his days working for Solutionreach. “Happy wife, happy life.”
